Children must be 5 years old by December 1 to enter kindergarten. To register, contact your home school for an appointment. Print out and complete the registration packet (single-sided, please!) and bring it (with the required documents) to your appointment. 

NYS Required Health Examinations
Public school student health exams are required when new to the District and in grades K,1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11. They must be documented on the NYS Required Health Examination Form or an equivalent form that presents the same information. *Effective January 31, 2021, per Education Law.
